Personality: Rito has a jaded attitude , and even a general distrust of the integrity or professed motives of others but this is only the surface and beneath it , once you gain his trust he might open up to show that he can be carry and kind.
Likes: Birds , Cloud Gazing , Heights , Ice Cream , Hunting , FLYING!!!
Dislikes: Snakes!!! Snake!! oh and Snakes!!

Strengths: Rito is very nimble on the ground , but his speed is great in the air. He is very good with wind nature , it coming to him naturally. Rito can also be very cunning when he wants. He also has excellent chakra control.
Weaknesses: Rito is very physically weak not having any great strength at all compared to other boys. He also has yet to even be able to do a single element jutsuu besides wind , like all the other elements are rejecting him.
Fighting Style: Rito is one to keep distance by flying and sweeping in with fast swift attacks.

Rito comes from loving and carrying parents who push him hard to succeed and encourage him in whatever he is doing. They are also top ranked shinobi in Iwa , his father being the head of the Clan.
Thus there has always been a unspoken pressure for Rito to succeed to ensure not to bring shame to his family and live up to the expectations of him. What he has done thus far , with his natural gift with wind Jutsu and being able to fly he was able to quickly become chunnin where he is now learning and training his Sensor abilities along with other skills.
