Though she is quite literally bright, Lilly is a little bit naïve, often misinterpreting many situations, and getting into bundles of unintentional trouble, endangering her crew more so than herself on many occasions. She is inexperienced with most things involving life on the sea, and usually looks to her first-mate for advice.
Despite her cold and distant personality, she actually has quite a tender heart, just not well at showing it. She loves cute things and will frolic at the littlest things in life. Although, there are three things she will not tolerate. The mention of any of these in a mockery or offensive manner may result in an unleashed rampage:

In Full Form, the appearance of the user doesn't change much, and unless you pay close attention it will probably go unnoticed. The fangs increase in length, an ice cold body temperature, and a dark misty aura that succumbs around them. The user's eyes also turn red and the pupil turns into a black vertical slit.
Abilities
With this fruit comes many advantages. The user's basic physical attributes increase through Hybrid and fully through Full Form, also complete with fluid grace, since Vampires value beauty and form above all else. The user's senses increase exponentially, heightened endurance and resistance. In Hybrid form, the user is still susceptible to physical injuries, as she isn't "fully" a vampire yet, she's still got mostly human endurance.
In Full Form, the user's abilities increase more, to the point that killing her would require a Haki infused weapon to the heart, decapitation, burned alive, or drowning at sea. and even gains some mental prowess and mind tricks, the most notable and most practiced being hypnotism. While unlocking Full Form, the user's injuries also heal, and regeneration rate becomes extremely rapid.
Weaknesses
Standard Devil Fruit weaknesses still apply, but the fruit has some weaknesses of its own.
The user is extremely sensitive to sunlight, and is weak against any and all fire-based attacks. In fact, Full Form cannot be obtained until night fall, and the user's abilities are still weakened in Hybrid Form during the day. In this way, the fruit is only limited to its full use during the night.
The user is more susceptible to diseases and will leave them in a period of vulnerability.[/spoiler]

Hypnosis - Glamor - When in her Full Form, she has abilities of hypnotism. By looking into others' eyes with her vampiric eyes, she can potentially make suggestions into the subconscious of others, making them consider performing deeds they usually wouldn't. It's similar in Haoshoku Haki in that with strong willpower it can be negated easily, and when under control, it can be neutralized with mental effort to the victim. This also only works on humans.
Night Stalker - By using her Full Form in the night, she can cover herself within the shadows, completely concealing herself from view. It's a form of invisibility. In this form, she can only observe, and cannot attack. Any light shone in her direction will immediately reveal her.
Strengths: Physical traits are impressive and balanced, as she's small, nimble, and powerful. Near immortal endurance when using her Devil Fruit. Combined with her Devil Fruit and CoO, her sensing skills are abnormally high.

History: Lillith Erin was born in North Blue in Lvneel Kingdom to James and Lydia Erin, both being marines stationed in a branch at Lvneel. Both of her parents were heavily occupied with their duties as marines in Lvneel, leaving them little time to care for Lillith as she grew up. Because of this, she developed her own moral code and learned life skills on her own with no aid from her parents. Although her parents were really strict, and shared a vision of her joining the Marines and becoming a successful female Marine Admiral one day. She didn't like the pressure they were giving her, and the fact that they were barely ever there for her didn't help either.
One day, she discovered her parents' library, a vast collection filled with many books collecting dust. She began reading up and picked up a liking to literature in its many aspects. Because she lived most of her life in solitude, she found it endearing to read. She read up on the past adventures of many pirates, the lifestyle began to appeal to her to be free on the sea with no one to tell her what to do, what to wear, etc. She could do whatever she wanted whenever she wanted. The idea of swaying from her parents wishes appealed to her, and the idea of being a rebel.
She met her childhood friend, Rekisu Omoikira, at an early age. They both shared dreams of exploring the Grand Line. They had dreams of going to start their crew together, and were to fight for the spot of Captain, the loser to be the Captain's First-Mate. Both had desires of leading the crew, so it came down to an ultimate contest... that would never happen.
Immediately before the scheduled "contest's" date, Lvneel Kingdom was assaulted by an infamous Pirate fleet which was in command of over 50 ships. Lvneel assembled and fought the fleet, eventually knocking them back into the sea. However, during the struggle, Lillith intervened, and her and her mother, Lydia, were captured. They were intended to be sold as slaves on Saboady Archipelago, until a war in the sea broke out. Lilly managed to find a raft, leaving behind her mother, and escape into the sea.
She wandered the ocean for 14 days with no food. Eventually, she washed up on a lone island. Its climate was unusually cold with many sea-whales washing up the beach, but she managed to get away, albeit badly injured on the brink of death.
On a silver pedestal, lying conveniently behind a tree was a ripe fruit with what appeared to be jutting spikes on the stem. She picked it up, desperate for food, and ate it. She found it hard to swallow, feeling like it was stabbing and butchering her throat as she gulped it down with salt water. She couldn't even process the taste because of the sheer pain of eating the fruit. The next thing she knew, her injuries began to heal, slowly, but she felt better, and relieved. She passed out there shortly after.
She awoke on an island with cryptic satanists, who appeared to idolize her for her consuming the fruit. For the next three years, she stayed on the island, the villagers practically bowing to her every whim. She began to get a feel for power, and really liked it. On top of that, she discovered she had actually eaten a Devil Fruit, a Mythical Zoan at that, the Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Vampire. She practiced her usage of the Devil Fruit while she was taught by the island elder the fundamentals of Haki, who happened to be a former Vice Admiral in the Marines. He noted her immensely, unnaturally quick progression in Haki, realizing that due to the nature of her Devil Fruit and being more in touch with her senses, she was much more easily able to learn and adapt to Haki. By the time she left the island, she was considered a master by their standards (though in reality she is far from it).
She finally left the island and began her career as a Pirate, a few members of the island actually followed her. While in open sea on North Blue, she spotted a new pirate ship, shooting it down instantly with little remorse. So far, they have caused complete chaos on Cactus Island, both of them duo'ed the Bounty Hunters stealthily hiding on the island to take their heads and sell them in. Lillith received her bounty for burning a forest in North Blue, killing off an endangered species, and nearly destroying Catcus Island. Although, Rekisu actually took the blame for most of the damage, as he was mistaken for the captain of the Black Moira pirates. Because of this, he is universally recognized as the captain, as opposed to the shy Lillith, which is why his bounty is actually higher than hers.
