He has a natural talent for melee combat, focusing on quick, lethal, up-front strikes. He has great control over his founded Devil Fruit abilities, being able to manipulate the energy that he creates with precision and respect. Because of his rigorous training and experience, Rekisu is quite built.
Weaknesses: Rekisu has a tendency to become overwhelmed when using his abilities, since his style is usually used to focus on one opponent, and one opponent only. His energy abilities, although useful and at times lethal, drain him of stamina somewhat quickly, causing him to become limited to smaller usages of the energy abilities as the battle grows on. He has a habit of taking his body's limits too far, sometimes injuring himself in the process.

History: Born into the wealthy Omoikira family, Rekisu was spoiled, yet raised with correct moral. His parents were quite generous to the community in which they lived, and always supported the dreams of their children. Rekisu's brother, who's dream was to be a Marine, passed away from unknown reasons shortly after Rekisu's 5th birthday. As the sullen reality sank over them, Rekisu found himself becoming more self sufficient as he grew, his parents slowly tearing away from the grief of their loss. Although sad himself, Rekisu found himself wanting to continue the dream of his brother, but instead decided to take another route.
Piracy became a gradual interest of his, wanting to explore and show his brother, who he believed was watching over him now, the world. Although he kept it hidden from his parents for the time being, Rekisu shared it with only one other person. His best childhood friend, Lillith.
As time grew on, Rekisu eventually submitted to a pirate crew, although evading his parent's demise, and set sail for 'Medical School' (or, at least, so he told his parents). Claiming to be an official pirate now, his crew ventured amongst the seas, looking for treasure and adventure.
Stumbling among a small trading village, Rekisu found a prized devil fruit known as 'Genshi Genshi no Mi'. Intrigued, Rekisu took it and ate it, only to taste the foul ripeness of the fruit that was so legendary. Getting past the horrid taste, he was granted the abilities of atomic energy projection, and so he trained it.
Upon hitting the seas once more, Rekisu's crew was bombed by another, sinking into the sea. Grabbing onto the remaining board of wood that was left, being sure not to enter the water, the attacking crew pulled him aboard by the captain's orders. Looking the captain in the eyes brought an amazing realization to Rekisu; it was his childhood best friend, Lillith Erin.
Previously, Rekisu's bounty was not very high, seeing as his starting pirate crew hadn't initiated much trouble within the seas. Upon arriving in Lillith's crew, Rekisu found himself taking the blame for most of the damage Lillith herself had actually caused. Lillith, being the shy person she was, usually backed out and, accidently, pinned the blame on Rekisu because of him always being in the wrong place at the wrong time. This caused Rekisu's bounty to soar from his original standing, setting up at 120 mil beri just as of recent after Lillith and their crew had set flame to a small forest in the North Blue.

- Shirizokeru - After channelling his energy abilities into his arms, Rekisu unleashes a 'pulse' of energy, causing anything near him to be knocked back with pure force. The longer the channel of energy, the larger the pulse.
- Fushinjjet - After channelling his energy abilities into his legs, Rekisu can unleash the energy to propel him skyward, forward, etc. This can allow him to perform aerial attacks, or create momentum for added power. The longer the channel of energy, the larger the distance.
- Gisu Gisu - By gathering energy and placing it around him, Rekisu can create a spherical barrier that can be used both defensively and offensively. Anything that touches the barrier becomes burned by the photonic atoms running through it, meaning objects thrown at the barrier burn up (or meekly bounce off, depending on the momentum). If Rekisu runs at an opponent while the barrier is active around him, it can burn them if they come in contact.
- Kanjoudakai - Upon gathering energy over his fists, Rekisu's hand-to-hand combat becomes much stronger. While the photonic atoms can burn the opponent, Rekisu can also attack harder. By adding more momentum to his punches, he can gain added strength for that attack.
