Personality: Kinshi is a relaxed individual most of the time , who cant be bothered to put emotions into things he does not find interesting. Yet with thing he is interested in he becomes rather joyful and playful , without metal stimulation he becomes dull and rather lifeless.
Likes: Learning knew things , Metal and Physical Challenges , Sweats , , Travailing , Sailing , Surfing , Kiteboarding and paragliding .
Dislikes: Questionable.
Relationships: Many and None.
Strengths: Kinshi is a all around Genius with a IQ of 200+ , he can easily suppress his emotion to act calmly under the most dire of situations. It is without a doubt that Kinshi's intellect is his biggest asset in battle , but to assist in battle he has above average speed , agility , and for the past few years has come to master the Silent Killing technique to give him the speed of a Jounnin. He has a strong arsenal of water techniques and a few fire.
Weaknesses: Kinshi might be highly intelligent but he still lacks the power house shinobi skills or he is not super strong. Has rather small chakra pool making funninjutsu other highly chakra consuming styles beyond him.
Fighting Style: Kinshi relies highly on his intellect with each of his skills supporting it. Once seeing his missing arm as curse but now with his state of the art mechanical arm it is a gift allowing him a weapon at all times.

Mechanical Arm: It is unclear where or who created this masterpiece. Not even its full operating system is understood , but its foundation is clear it is attached somehow to each of Kinshi's chakra nerves in his arm allowing him to operate it like his own arm and then some. The arm is made out of a nearly indestructible metal of the finest calibure.
Secretly hidden within his arm is Shuriken launcher , that holds ten and fires out of his palm.

~Suiton • Mizurappa is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed handseals, the user will expel a strong jet of water at his opponent.
Mikadzuki no Mai - Dance of the Crescent Moon
~Mikadzuki no Mai is an advanced Ninjutsu technique used by the Leaf ninja Gekkou Hayate. As the ninja charges at his opponent, he creates mutiple shadow copies to confuse his opponent. Using the confusion, the real ninja will attack from the opponent's blindside.
Goukakyuu no Jutsu - Great Fireball Technique
~Katon • Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. History:
As a child Kinshi came from two ordinary parents who ran the best ramen shop in all the Kiri, but his grandfather was far from ordinary or ramen shop owner for he was thee Mizukage at the time , a man of honor and a intellectual with power to back it all. He fought against the Ninth Raikage and Hokage more then once , even winning once or twice but never losing.
When Kinshi was young he came to idolize his grandfather , seeing this his grandfather took him under his wing were they would spend hours and sometimes even whole days talking about things from strategy to girls. This went on for years till the day his grandfather was killed in battle , he had simply gotten to the point where his old body could not keep up and he did not come home for he was true shinobi and destroyed his body.
This sent Kinshi into a deep depression for nearly a year till one day he was placed into a squad with none other then Rasetsu Kuroidon , who he could never truly figure out thus it was consent metal stimulation before long Rasetsu had become a legend in the shinobi world and would become the Mizukage. But Kinshi who tried so hard to keep a low profile soon found himself also a legend of sorts , he had become know for his intellect what on several occasion allowed him to beat opponents of high skill level who most would have assumed would kill Kinshi where he stood.
Over the years Kinshi with his new found status as one of the Grand Strategist and Rasetsu being a strong protector yet horrible at politics Kinshi found himself doing most of the paper work and making decisions politically , and strategically. Leaving all the fighting to Rasetsu who vanished without true warning , yet for the first time Kinshi had for seen Rasetsu's action in this case.
Now with Rasetsu gone it was left to Kinshi to fully lead and act as the unofficial Mizukage , what he did for sometime before a the Blue Devil came into Kinshi's life and placed a curse on him forcing into slavery. He accepted that currently he would not be able defeat the Blue devil so he would work his best to sabotage the blue devils plans from within without giving himself away to either the forces of good or evil , this would cost him his right arm.
After this he would enter a state of withdrawn behavior not even the new Mizukage could draw him out and then one day Kinshi simply vanished.
It is unclear exactly what he was doing during that time , where he was , and who he meant. Yet during that time he obtained his two greatest items , his mechanical arm and the Valor , a gigantic ship with such size and naval technology its miniature city.

During Kinshi's Travels , he became a captain of gigantic ship called the Valor , the only one of its kind. With a crew of nearly a 1000 , made up of people from countless walks of life and professions of navigators, explorers, sailors, doctors, histories, soldiers , shinobi and translators.
The ship has a massive library with books from all over some even written in leagues never seen before , a treasure room filled with items from ancient civilizations to modern empires , a medical bay that could compete with any major shinobi village and a self sustaining Conservatory that has a system that turns salt water into fresh water allowing them to feed the entire crew and have fresh drinking water. Even the privet living quarters are quite nice some even having privet bathrooms
Then comes the ships weapon capabilities , having 20 great Kunai launchers that shoot 7 giant Kunai at once, 10 launchers located on both sides of the ship. Besides the Great Kunai Launchers there is one more type of weapon on the Valor , these are the Chakra Cannons. Seven in total one in the front of the ship , and three on the left and three on the right side of the ship.
These Chakra cannons fire condense balls of chakra or beams after there three handlers flow there own chakra into them at what point it can fire on command. The rate of which these can fire is on there handlers. The Handlers can usually fire a max of ten balls of chakra each before being unable to fire anymore. Or fire two beams each.
