Personality: Rash and stubborn, yet giving and pure, Rouge is a curious figure who embodies the potential of a great leader. Her skills with communication and social work have heightened her various abilities to lead, command and also follow. Rouge has a bitter edge to her, only warming up to those she truly cares about. Not to say she's one who scares off most, yet she does tend to make them nervous in her presence. She cares for Amegakure and only wishes for the world to be peaceful and prosperous, which in turn leads her to care about the people who fight for the right.
Rouge is also very stern and strict, though fair and honest. She doesn't give in to laughter a lot, but she definitely is not one to stray from the odd chuckle of amusement. Her humour is well developed and mostly sarcastic, and she's known to play with her opponents, whether it be going along with her easy-going, 'battle is my second persona' nature, or with seductively criminal gestures.
Likes: Rouge has a passion for spicy ramen, and is always interested in bettering her taijutsu technique. She loves watching training sessions, as well as arena battles. She has a great care for her village and it's people, only wanting the best for them.
Dislikes: Anything bitter or too sour, Rouge can not stand. She detests war, and is not an avid supporter of killing.

[/li][li][A-Rank]Kaseikibi - A technique developed by Rouge, the target appears to see a blazing, out of control fire. If the person decides to run from it, the fire outruns them and catches them on fire. Although pain is felt, it does no damage, it simply weakens the opponent's stamina.

The ninja will use the serpent hand seal to cause a circle of leaves to spin and envelop the target and then fall away. Once cast the world will appear normal to the target until they see the illusion.

[/li][li][S-Rank]Zankyuran no Sato - An advanced technique developed by Rouge for use in protecting her village and clan. Upon activation, Rouge will create an invisible barrier over the chosen area (big or small). Once this barrier is in place, any incoming attacks from outside of the barrier will be subconsciously stopped by the attacker, as if there were an actual protective barrier in place. If the attacker attacks said area from within the barrier, the technique will be subconsciously stopped by themselves again, as if they are just failing the technique. If the attacker figures out that it is actually the genjutsu technique stopping them, they will be able to attack the area once more. Once the genjutsu has been revealed, it becomes useless and fades away and must be set up again. (The maximum amount of range the barrier can stretch is about half of Konoha. - Raiton; Chidori - Creates an immense chakra-induced lightning release concentrated to the arm which can be used to cut, slice, electrocute or attack an opponent or object.
- Raiton; Hiraishin - After coming into physical contact with their opponent, the ninja will raise their arm into the air. They will then generate a bolt of electricity which will travel through their body into the body of their opponent.
- Raiton; Kangekiha - First, the ninja creates a barrier, stream, etc. of water using the Suijinheki technique. They will then form the needed hand seal and emit a bolt of electricity into the water which will increase its defensive effectiveness and stun any targets who attempt to pass through.
- Raiton Kage Bunshin no Jutsu - Upon being defeated, this Kage Bunshin will unleash a mass amount of electricity to stun or damage anyone within range.
- Suiton; Haran Banshou - After performing the needed hand seals and slamming the ground, an amazing waterfall blasts the ninja's opponent.
- Suiton; Ja no Kuchi - Unleashes a ravaging serpent-form of water that chases after the ninja's opponent with haste. Can be very lethal if hit.
- Suiton; Mizurappa - Releases a lethal jet of water from the user's mouth.
- Suiton; Suigadan - The ninja does a string of hand seals to cause a nearby body of water to form a spinning drill.
- Suiton; Suishouha - The ninja does a string of hand seals which then causes a large volume of water to materialize out of nowhere. The water can then be directed at their target.
- Suiton; Suiryuudan no Jutsu - The ninja does a long string of hand seals which then causes a column of water in the form of a dragon to rise from the water and then strike their target.

Born to the Kyoudan clan in Amegakure, Sekari was named after her grandmother who had recently passed away upon her birth. At the time, only 10 members of the clan were alive, including her parents and uncle. Upon entering the world, Sekari was noted for her unnaturally, blood-red hair. Giving her the secondary identity of 'Rouge' because of her hair colour, Sekari grew up in warm and watchful care of her family's best wishes.
At an early age, Rouge was taught about the art of assassination, a tradition of lifestyle that followed the Kyoudan clan for years upon years. As tough as it was mentally as it was physically, Rouge picked up the fighting style in record time, her amazing acrobatic and elusive skills taking notice by not only her clan, but the community around her. As a citizen of Amegakure, the village known for their mercenary and assassination work, Rouge was quickly registered to become a kunoichi. Schooling at the academy became second-nature with Rouge, her skills noted and praised.
It was not until the chunin exams that Rouge met her first real challenge. As life in Amegakure had been simple and passable for Rouge, the exams held in Konohagakure were beyond what she had expected. As the day of the arena battles rolled in, the matchings fell down between Rouge and a boy from Kumogakure. Having never faced anyone outside of her village, her sights were set on winning, although nerves were getting at her.
Coming onto the field was someone she had never seen or heard of before, his quick movements beating hers, his techniques coveting any skill choice Rouge had. She was being beaten, and the harsh reality was hitting hard. As the outcome became fierce, the final blow was made, although not physically; the boy had beaten Rouge by causing her to forfeit. Noting her skill was not up to par with his, she declined the offer to become a chunin, her honest side showering into the audience with a shocking approval. Although his name was lost to her memory, Rouge would never forget the first time she was bested as what she had practiced for so long.
Returning to her village with a depressed stature, she allowed her family to moon over her in apologies of failure and luck in the next exams to come, yet she knew they were inevitably dissapointed.
It came to a surprise to all of them when a letter directly from Amegakure's leader arrived, pertaining to Rouge's new rank. Opening the letter revealed information upon how Rouge has been chosen for rank upgrade to chunin by the Amegakure leader himself. Startled at the newly received information, Rouge accepted and moved on from her genin status.
As her fast paced life as a kunoichi grew even more immense, challenges and better suited missions accompanied her lifestyle. Completing most with a level of respectable skill, Rouge found herself taking on harder missions. Although her rank did not include A-rank missions, her skill level said otherwise. With another swift letter of recommendatory, Rouge was appointed to jonin status. As her level of difficulty increased, her skill in taijutsu, ninjutsu and genjutsu followed.
It wasn't long until Rouge was noticed for her exceptional skill in both taijutsu and genjutsu. Quickly assigned as apart of the special Amegakure team known as the 'Xera', she was honoured with the title of Lead Jonin in both her squad and village. Taking on the responsibilities for Rouge was not a hard task, although she did prefer to work alone. Xera, a small inter-village squadron that focused on criminal punishment and S-Class missions, saw Rouge as a leader figure and recommended her twice for the position of village leader. Although she herself turned the position down, it was clear her age and skill level were not yet near the level they should be. Being only around the age of 19, Rouge found herself training extraordinarily hard, pushing her limits.
Upon a day of mission hunting, Rouge stumbled across a particular sheet that enlisted help from a small village just off of Amegakure's borderlines. The mission, being an S-Class, dared to challenge Rouge's abilities. With incoming haste, Rouge abandoned any help from Xera and accepted the mission by herself.
Leaving as quickly as possible, Rouge found herself in a small, abandoned port that dared not to make a sound. Upon arrival, she was ambushed by several unknown shinobi, their village bands scratched and worn. Taking them all on single handedly, Rouge flourished with victory and defeated the assassination, albeit with a few battle scars. Returning to Amegakure, new information revealed that the mission was set up as a trap to lure any Kyoudan clan members out and to be killed.
