Personality: Juro has a fairly troubling personality. He used to be very happy and excited for what adventures were to come, but ever since his arms were sealed, he has become fairly depressed and silent, only speaking when he has absolute need to. He is still determined to regain his arms and become an ultimate shinobi, but for now, he relies on his KG and Taijutsu.
Likes: Taijutsu; Spicy and Sweet ramen; his family and clan.
Dislikes: His sealed arms; not being able to use jutsu; his 'useless' feeling in fights.
Relationships: Rokaru Hitegeki [Father], Asama Hitegeki [Mother]
Strengths: Because of his intense training with his father after his arms were sealed, Juro has extreme skill with Taijutsu. He uses his legs to perform various kicks, strikes, flips and momentum-related attacks. He is fairly proficient with chakra control, making use of his Kekkei Genkai a little bit easier.
Weaknesses: His sealed arms prevent him from any and all ninjutsu, genjutsu, summoning, etc. which is a fairly big burden for a shinobi. Most of the time, Juro finds himself depressed, which sometimes gets in the way of his missions and battles, distracting him.
Fighting Style: Seeing as his arms are useless, he relies on Taijutsu, which he performs with his legs, head, etc. He prefers to use a combination of his KG and Taijutsu to maximize his battle presence.

The Hitegeki clan is one that often produces fairly impressive shinobi. They often amount to ranks of village leader or S-Class. They are respected as a clan of both power and kindness, seeing as their morals usually direct to peacefulness and stability of their village. Although most of their techniques and procedures remain hidden from non-clan member eyes, they are known for their impressive array of Ice Release techniques, as well as their astounding Doujutsu.
Kekkei Genkai:
This doujutsu has five stages that can be unlocked by the clan member as they grow in power and control. Each rank is fairly difficult to achieve, and is activated only through obvious power potential increase (such as defeating an opponent, etc.)
Juro only recently unlocked the Godaigan, therefore is only on Stage 1.

- Stage 1 - The user's eyes become a pale blue with a dark blue outline. Their eyes are fairly glassy as well. This stage allows the user to basically bend water; control it, but not create it. They bend the water by using swift, light movements of their body to control the water defensively or offensively. This stage often as the weakest water bending.
- Stage 2 - The user's eyes take on a more intense light blue, basically glowing now. The dark blue outline turns to a black outline. The user's water bending becomes more controlled and powerful, as well as giving them the ability to manipulate water into pure oxygen by removing the hydrogen atoms, creating wind / air that can be controlled by them (although weak at this stage).
- Stage 3 - The user's eyes become a deep blue with a dark edge, as well as developing mystical pattern around the pupil. The user's water bending and minor air bending become more powerful. The clan member also gains the ability to manipulate the water into ice and manipulate the ice itself.
- Stage 4 - The user loses their pupil and their whole eyes becomes blue and moon patterned. Their water, wind and ice bending become more powerful. They also gain the ability to breath under water and resist extremely cold or hot waters. They are still suspect-able to water jutsu, however.
- Stage 5 - The final, most complex and hard to learn stage. Only known to be unlocked in a few members, this final stage causes the user's eyes to gain a thick black border around the eye, as well as regaining their pupil, although it is now white. There is a blue, wave-like pattern in the rest of the eye. This stage maximizes the user's water, wind and ice bending to it's max, as well as giving them the ability to resist any and all cold temperatures.

Juro was born to the Hitegeki clan healthily and with much excitement. His clan, all Shinobi and all possessing the clan doujutsu, Godaigan, were all interested in seeing what kind of Shinobi Juro was to turn into. It was all in vein, however. Or so they saw it.
As Juro grew, he entered the Academy and passed along with the rest of his peers. Upon reaching graduation night, Juro found himself surrounded by clan members. His uncle suddenly called to talk to him and so they left the presence of the others to talk outside. It happened so quickly, Juro couldn't recall everything exactly. His uncle performed a quick jutsu, both knocking Juro out and breaking his arms. As Juro woke up, he was in the hospital where his mother and father were crying by his side. They pointed to his arms and told him what had happened; his arms had been sealed. A sealing mark (which looks like a tattoo) was left on his face, and remains there until the seal is broken.
Unfortunately, the sealing method is unknown, therefore they could not be unsealed, and Juro was burdened with the life of no jutsu. His parents, assuming he was no longer going to be a ninja, were surprised when he said he still wanted to be put on a team. His parents, although heavily against it, agreed due to his depression only being healed by letting him do what he wanted to do.
