Clan: The Moto clan is a small clan made up have three families a total number of people is 12 , It is one of the founding clans of the Konoha along with the clanslike the Senju . The Moto clan was not always so small it use to match the Uchiha and Hyugga clans in number and some say even in skill the reason for such a decline in there numbers is do to before the Konoha was founded the Moto clan came under attack by several other powerful clans the Moto were almost wiped out but a two of there clan members were vary skill and would be at Kage level at today’s standers these two were the first ever to have awakened there Kekkai Genkai the Nikkougan a fake eye technique with this technique they were able to hold off the attack but after a night of battling the two members known as Hisoka the head of the clan and Kotone the younger sister to Hisoka. Both fought until the sun final rose into the sky and two glowed with a golden yellow power. They then used this power to drive back and destroy the enemy clans. That night and morning the Moto clan would lose its leader and most skilled shinobi along with many other nameless members. Hearing of the power and skill Hisoka and Kotone showed in battle Hashirama Senju himself came to the Moto clan estate to ask for there help in creating a alliance with many other clans to create one body known as the Konohagakure.
Kekkei Genkai:Nikkougan is an almost none existent Kekkai Genkai for only two members of the Moto clan have ever awakened it both of which never mastered the technique do to there early demise. Currently there have been three more Motos to awaken the Nikkougan Sento Moto , Kiyoshi Moto and Tokuzen Moto.
Nikkougan is not a Doujutsu the color of the eyes change only do to the intensity of the Moto clan chakra what is fused with solar energy making it green thus the color of the eyes turns green with white pupils.
Stage one
Abilities
Allows the user to make Chakra shields that strength depends on the user for example Sage mode Sento Moto could bloke Kirin once durring the battle with the future sage Kento Rytoshima. Tokuzen on the other hand has shown two have the blocking power to stop Jutsu's up to A rank and even once or twice S rank but the S-rank have always broken his shields and hit him thus the shields only acted as slower down allowing Tokuzen to move thus the Jutsu does not hit directly.
A user of the Nikkougan can draw in the power of the sun by making a
chakra shield what will then gather the solar energy through the shield what will be put into the users chakra reserves mixing with the users chakra making it the color green. This take hours to complete and also takes chakra to do thus the chakra shield created in the chakra that most be used.

In the Nikkougans second stage the users muscles with become five times larger giving one greater speed and strength. Along with those thing the user will be able to adsorb solar energy without making chakra shields. This form can only be held for a top time of 6 minutes it simply puts to much strain on the bones,

Personality: Tokuzen is a outstandingly kind person with a unbeatable determination and unbelievable drive , he is calm, collected, and highly perceptive. At times Tokuzen can be outspoken but never forgets his manners or to respect others simply to make sure his voice and opinions are herd , at times he will not saying a single word if he see no point.
Likes: Tokuzen loves the sun , The beach , Surfing , Eating , Sake/Vodka/Rum/Whisky , Pineapple , PANDAS , Animals but beyond all those things he loves family and friends above all.
Dislikes: Injustice , Bullies , Killing and Suffering.
Relationships: Tokuzen has a great deal of loved ones , he loves and cherishes the entire Konoha but does have a firm core of people who support him and are the fuel that made him the shinobi he is today.
Strengths: Tokuzen is a master of anything in close range combat , whether it be with a weapon or his fist. Tokuzen has tremendous speed and strength of a Taijutsu master , yet his close range combat style is one of instinct relying on reflexes , speed , hand to eye coordination , and strength all of something Tokuzen excels with. instead of any fancy martial art. His Ninjustu style is big and flashy , with most of his jutsu being big hitters and consuming allot chakra what reflects his large chakra pool. From being with Clara for so long he has come to have a strong defense against genjutsu , from the teachings of his grandfather he is a master with a Katana. Tokuzen may have been a goof and cocky young man but that never meant he was not intelligent , so now wiser then he was in his teens he no longer hides his intellect even though he is still outspoken and sometimes forgets to think before speaking.
Weaknesses: Tokuzen can barely cast any high level (B and up) genjutsu meaning he rarely ever uses any what so ever for when he does he uses more chakra then is needed , Tokuzen elements are wind and lightening thus Jutsu's what are fire based he is weak against , Some may say one of Tokuzen's biggest weakness are those closest to him for he will not hesitate to put himself in harms way for them , even if it cost him his life. Despite his Sensei being a master at Fuuinjutsu , Tokuzen only knows a three , one being the Moto clans Five Elements Barrier , Fuuja Houin , and Shikoku Fuuin. Very poor at attacking long range.Fighting Style: Tokuzen is a master of close range combat , whether it be with a blade or his fist. He may not be a Taijutsu master of any martial arts but being extremely physically powerful and having fluid movements not wasting any energy at all he has relatively found his own martial arts. Some would say his fighting style is raw but perfect for him , a honed brawler. His blows are powerful and fluid while his slashes quick and accurate.

The Struggle
~Tokuzen still had trouble developing and becoming stronger for both his teammates had already become Jounin. He started to become depressed and even thinking of quieting . His grandfather and brother both noticed but they did not fear for Tokuzen still had Kaiyo behind him who would never let him quit.
During a one on one training session with Kaiyo Tokuzen could barely stand they had been working on Ninijutsu Tokuzens worst area. He was so ready to quit when Kaiyo looked him in the eyes with such warmth that he had only felt from his own mother and said 'Tokuzen you simply cant quit...for you have that light in side of you that only a certain few have' Tokuzen was dumbfound for a few moments then he snapped out of it a came back 'Who...are these poeple you talk about' Kaiyo smiled as she put her hand on Tokuzen's shoulder 'The Hokages are those certain poeple...You are one of them in your heart even if you know it or not' Tokuzen was so shocked but at the same time he could feel the fire of the Konoha burring within himself he had final spread his wings . Soon after that day Tokuzen would be promoted to Jounnin.
The Trio
~A few years after being promoted Tokuzen was chosen to be Jounin Sensei to three Boy Gennin he laughed when he first meant them they seemed so full potential and Sprite these were some of the top students for there generation.
Luck would have it there squad would be put together right around the time of new Organization of unknown power. All the konoha had was a name Tasogare and location of a massive base nearly the size of village. Team Tokuzen would be sent to gather information on this possible new threat. On arrival Tokuzen would be shocked to see a ghost village with no one in site. Tokuzen would have his students go and gather information from the outside while Tokuzen went to the heart of the ghost village. It seemed this mission would be a breezy but Tokuzen never suspected he would run into the founder and creator of the village Keisu Myakkan. Tokuzen would enter into battle with Keisu for the two reasons on to gather information second to Keep him occupied so he would no notice Tokuzen students. Soon in to the battle things started to get grim for Tokuzen Keisu had summoned creators known as experiments each had its own set of powers all element based Tokuzen manged to take down a few but still three was three left and Keisu there seemed to be no light and the end of the tonal for Tokuzen. Lucky sense he failed to report in reinforcements were sent to of the konohas most skilled The Konohos Green Shield Sento Moto also Tokuzens older brother and The Yellow Hurricane Yamato Uzumaki. With these two Tokuzen was saved along with his students while Keisu was forced to sink his ghost village into the ground with strange jutsu.
The Green Dragons final Roar
~Keisu and his Tasogare would seek revenge on the Konoha for the destruction of the Tasogare village. Would attack the Konoha with a strange red mist knocking out everyone in the village besides and few Ninja one of which was The Commander of the Anbu mostly known as the Konoha's Green dragon Kiyoshi Moto the grandfather of Tokuzen and Sento Moto. He would enter into a fight with Keisu Myakkan but in the end he fell to Keisu's might and brutality but before he took his last breath he swear that His grandsons would make sure of Keisu's death.
Tokuzen would soon find Keisu about to kill his one of his students Tokuzen still had no idea that Keisu had just killed his grandfather. Tokuzen would enter into a fight with Keisu once again during this battle Tokuzen and Keisu would great and power jutsu's draining them of there own chakra until nearly out This fight would come down to the wire both Shinobi nearly out of chakra Tokuzen would jump into the air swing his sword down with great power at Keisu's scull but it lacked in speed thus Keisu dodged it and back flipping onto a roof top glaring down at with a burning sense of hatred lifting from his eyes and then vanish. Most would say Keisu sparred the Konoha that day but some would say if Kiyoshi Moto and Tokuzen Moto did not fight Keisu that day the village would have be destroyed.
The Meetings of Fate
~ After the Attack on the village Tokuzen was put into the hospital and few weeks in A girl with the eye's that matched in color to the green leaves shining in the sunlight and hair that matched the color of a tropic ocean. She was trully beautiful he name was Tsuri Hanaka they would really hit thing off and there was most defiantly a spark. Soon after she left Tokuzen made his way to the roof of the hospital where he meat a strange guy from the Kirigakure named Rasetsu Kuroidon. The two would somehow become friends in the short time both vowing to become the Kage of there Village Tokuzen as Hokage and Rasetsu as Mizukage it had appeared Tokuzen had made rival/fraind.
Later that week Tokuzen along with Tsuri and the Snow Sannin Jesse would be sent to Kill Keisu during that battle a Yuki shinobi would Kill Keisu. At least that's what they believed at the time. Tokuzen would then head to the mist village on another mission.
The lose and sacrifice of true fraind
~Time passed and the world still feared the legend of Keisu Myakkan even though he was believed dead. The Konoha came under attack once again by what was left of the Tasogare but during the battle some one believed to be dead appeared Keisu Myakkan but this time he was different he was the Mizukage. The Hokage had some of her best engage Keisu to try apprehending him or even kill. But durring the fight with Keisu the Tasogare under the command of new leader was getting a mess destruction jutsu ready. Some tried to stop it but were to late Fire twisters erupted from the ground and shot up into the village setting it one fire the village was going to be destroyed.
All this was happening while Tokuzen was returning form his mission to the Kirigakure he could see the smoke from a mile away he moved quicker and quicker he final reached the village he was struck in the heart with shock at the site of his home in flames his village in flames. He gathered as much chakra as he could his body covered with bright and magnificent green aura he looked to the sky as he said ' Sorry Tsuri that i wont be able to find out if your the one i was meat to spend my life with... Sorry brother i was not able to free form the cruse that Keisu put you under and Sorry Kaiyo sensai i was not able to serve you longer and my dear studants O wish I could have been there for you three longer and ....Rasetsu I guess will never fight as Hokage and Mizukage' Tokuzen smiled and at that moment a Blinding green light flowed through the entire village blinding every ones sight the Brilliant green light putting out the fires and cleared the blood mist The green light flowed right through every one the Hokage ,Shoda a former Teammates to Kaiyo , a Powerful Jounnin ,Yamato ,and even Tsuri after the light dissipated Tokuzen fell to his knees then to his belly so he was laying on the ground his body was cold and pale he lied there in the darkness of the trees with the moon shining on him.
Tokuzen then found him self standing in forest of brilliant beauty the shun shinning down on Tokuzens face he walked through the forest until he found to poeple he loved deeply His mother and grandfather but before he could reach them he was pulled back and out of the forest.
Tokuzen was back in the world of the leaving the sandy blong haired boy , his teammate had given his own life energy for the life of Tokuzen. Tokuzen looked down at his dear freind who grow old laying on his back. Tears ran down Tokuzens cheeks 'Why do you always have to be the hero?' Tokzuen said with sadness Kaiyo then appeared next to Tokuzen she looked at her former students she knew what had been done she stood up pulling Tokuzen with her she took her final glance at her dying student knowing what he was going to do to him self to spare himself the pain of withering away to dust. Kaiyo and Tokuzen then vanished in swirl of leaves.
His friend would then age to such a point he started to turn to dust and blow away in the night wind.
The Mission.
~Tokuzen and Kaiyo stood at the entrance of a large cave. The moon shined down on both each still torn at the lose of a friend and student but as Hokage Kaiyo had to keep herself together she had been getting reports of major problems in the Iwagakure and rumors of the return of Kane and dark and evil man who has raised to the rank of Tsuchikage once again. She asked Tokuzen to investigate Kane but the catch was Tokuzen would be pronounced dead so he could keep his mission secrete and act without restraint. He would agree to the mission for he could tell just how dangerous Kane was.
A few weeks later Tokuzen appeared in the Iwagakure wearing a white cloak with a golden leaf embroiled on the right shoulder that reached across his chest with mask like Kakashi wore just white. He ran quickly through the village it seemed that Kane had left to invade a village. Tokuzen ran through a large building when he came to room he entered to find a girl with emerald color hair and midnight purple eye's She ran to the other side of the room in fear she looked like she had been beaten. Tokuzen removed his mask showing his face completely he looked at the girl with warmth in his eye's as he said 'Its alright I am Tokzuen moto and I am hear to save you and bring you back to you father Stone Sagara' The girl started to cry and ran to Tokuzen hugging him tightly as she said ' I..I th...thought I would never be saved' Tokuzen held the girl close trying to make her feel safe 'Well you are safe now' Tokuzen then took her hand and the two left the village heading for safe haven. The two soon reached the Kumogakure wear they were greeted by the Raikage with open arms. Before Tokuzen left he got the girls name 'I never told you my name...Its Ayumi Sagara I hope one day we can meet again. Tokuzen smiled 'I sure we will Ayumi' Tokuzen then left Ayumi in the care of the Raikage and her mother who he save earlier.
Tokuzen then headed to the Yukigakure were Kane was fighting the Yuki Trio Tokuzen would arrive and work with Trio in the battle with Kane. In the end it took 6 highly skilled Ninja to take Kane down.
Tokuzen would be reunited with Tsuri and his students they would all head back to the Konoha together.
Betrayal and Lose
~Tokuzen and Tsuri would be attacked by a powerful stranger he would strike down Tokuzen and kidnap Tsuri. It would later result in act of war between the new Akatsuki and the Tasogare for Tsuri was somehow related to a member of the Akatsuki Sidian Shamal who was angered by that Tasogare's act but the one even more enraged was Tokuzen to such a point he would leave the Konoha and join the ranks of the Akasuki in the effort to get Tsuri back but it was also so he could keep an eye on them.
Soon in a great battle with the INS and the Villages on one side then the Akasuki on another and the Tasogare on another. Tokuzen finally was reunited with Tsuri in the end of the battle both the Akatsuki and the Tasogare would lose there leaders and key members. Tokuzen and Tsuri would return to the Konoha together.
Time of love and New Beginnings
~Time would pass Tokuzen's three students would all be promoted to chunnin after taking part in the chunnin exams. But during the exams the Konoha would come under attack from the monster know as Kimen Kurojin he destroyed the Konoha after even killing his former master The Yellow Hurricane Yamato Uzumaki. Tokuzen would arrive to late and only why he could help was to destroy a giant serpent that was bumbling many ninja.
Even after the lose of the village very few lives had been lost and ever sense the Hokage know as Naruto Uzumaki there had been secret project to build and entirely new village just in case of such attack the old Konoha would be destroyed thus the poeple of the Konoha would still have a place to live. Luckily it was finished under Juudaime Hokage Kaiyo Hatake. So the poeple of the Konoha still had a place to live and carry out missions. Some found it hard to get use to the new village but Tokuzen knew that as long as the will of fire still burns in the hearts of the poeple of the konoha it mattered not were they lived.
Tokuzen really could not be happier he had beautiful and brilliant girlfriend who he was madly in love with so he planned to asker her to marry him what he did. In the most beautiful place he could find. It was around midnight and the moon was full and glowing brightly. Tokuzen and Tsuri stood at the the center of pole of water where large waterfall followed into the moon could be seen clearly in the water wear Tokuzen and Tsuri stood and then group of glowing blue birds flew around the two it was beautiful site and amazing. Tokuzen asked if Tsuri would marry him and she said yes. They got married that very week.
The Flower of the Moto Clan
~On beautiful clear sunny day , members and friends gathered at the Moto Estate to welcome into the world the newest member of the Moto clan , the daughter of Tsuri and Tokuzen. They would name her Kohana Moto ,The Flower of the Moto Clan.
Death Upon Death
~The world was changing , Kaiyo had stepped down as Hokage choosing a new and powerful shinobi to take her place , a cosmic sage. Kimen was killed by his Sensei Yamato who rose from the dead. Yet equal evils were on the move all across the shinobi world , villages where coming under attack from a man with blue hair , know as the blue devil while at the same time if the village was not attacked Villager leaders were by another man wearing a mask.
The world was slowly being thrown into chao , chaos that Tokuzen could not escape. He had now made a name for himself , known as the Konoha's Green Guardian. Tokuzen was currently placed in charge of task force meant to combat a criminal organization so he had little time for his new born baby girl Konoha and wife Tsuri.
One on of his missions , horror would strike Tokuzen very heart. For not only would his beloved wife be assassinated but the blue devil would whip out his entire clan besides three members , and even kill Tokuzens former Sensei and Former Hokage Kaiyo Hatake.
It devastated Tokuzen to point he simply shut suppressed all those feelings. For there was little time to rest , for the new Hokage had vanished and the chaos was breaking across the shinobi world. Now more then ever , the elders , shinobi and people called for a new Hokage , the person they chose was Tokuzen.
Barely a day after his inauguration ceremony , the Konoha came under a brutal attack by the Blue Devil and his army. The battle quickly turned against the Konoha for somehow the enemy knew the locations of the shelters.
Tokuzen had to think quickly and so he did , he chose to make the blue devil a deal. He would give himself up if the blue devil called back his men. The Blue devil accepted the deal.
He took Tokuzen to a dimensional hideout where the Hokage was was beaten but strange enough he was allowed to wonder , seeing as in this place Ninjutsu did not work.
Meanwhile the Blue devil and his men waged war against the great villages , and before soon each village found it self under attack from a black army each lead by one of the blue devils men. The Blue Devil focusing his army on Konoha , the battle was raging outside the gates of of the Konoha while some forces fought inside the village.
Yet soon enough a great explosion crashed through the black army destroying half of them. This great force had come from Tokuzen , he had found a living weapon within the dimensional world , its name was Solar Fang and great sword with the power to absorb solar energy and release it a power wave of energy.
Tokuzen had returned with a bang , he fought harshly with the blue devil yet he alone was not enough , it took a team of power shinobi to finally kill the blue devil.
A failed Dream yet Peace
~ The villages were rebuilding , leadership had changed in some. Trust and faith was narrow. Tokuzen having some time to rest soon found himself wanting to accomplish a dream of drawing alliances between not only all the great villages as Kaiyo did but between all the minor ones. Yet this was only one part of his dream. His last part was to rebuild the old Konoha in to a city where the buildings architecture's are from all over. From Suna to Kumo. The people walking the streets just as diverse as its buildings. Shinobi , citizens from all the villages come here to work and live finding a true understanding of one another. They would raise children here that would go back to there native villages once grown sharing in there understanding of the people from other lands and villages , hopefully leading to peace. Yet before he could start his campaign he fell ill , poisoned. Yet he managed to survive , being bedridden for nearly a month.
After he recuperated fully but the elders , feudal lord and even some jounnin were strongly against the Hokage leaving the village , for it was clear somehow had managed to poison him already and it it wasn't for the expert medical shinobi of the Konoha they would have killed him. Sometimes Tokuzen believes someone was trying to stop him from making alliances with the other villages and create his dream of untied village but he has never told anyone this.

~ Tokuzen acquired his Sakabato when he was chunnin from his grandfather who wished for Tokuzen always to have choice about taking anthers life. Tokuzen usually leaves this home saving it only for certain missions.
Arm blades - Each one is about 15 inches long with a thick and strong blade making the blades themselves are 5 inches wide until the top were the blade grows a tooth and curves up. He does not carry them in a normal fashion for after learning to seal them away from his sensei Kaiyo Hatake like she does with The Hatake family Tanto within a small scroll the size of Kunai allowing for easy travel.

~The power of this blade might make people believe it was fate that it fall into the hands of a Moto. For it's power is to collet solar energy and expel it out in powerful burst of energy that is so hot it can cut through nearly anything (Matching the cutting power of chidori) and kill a 100 normal men in a single strike. (S-class Jutsu level)
The drawbacks of this weapon is that it is massive and can not match high speeds of most S-class and high speed Jounin. Even though in the hands of Tokuzen it's still impressive how fast he can move it. The fact that the energy is so hot it limits the times the energy can be released for the user can't take the heat after more then 3 shoots , and on the third shoot the users body will start to feel burned and lose it's fluids. Yet even before that the body is losing fluids and physical energy. Also when at night or on days that the sun is completely blocked out so one cant even get the UV rays the sword can not collet energy but if stored up from another day it can use that limited about of energy.
This blade is a living weapon and can be said that it is the most temperamental and heated of the Seven tears of Heaven Blades.Much like Tokuzen in his younger years. For until now it has let no one even touch it without attacking them of it's own accord , it also won't even allow for Tokuzen to use it's energy powers if it feels Tokuzen is acting a fool or it simple thinks differently then Tokuzen.[/spoiler]

Personality: Tokuzen is a outstandingly kind person with a unbeatable determination and unbelievable drive , he is calm, collected, and highly perceptive. At times Tokuzen can be outspoken but never forgets his manners or to respect others simply to make sure his voice and opinions are herd , at times he will not saying a single word if he see no point.
Likes: Tokuzen loves the sun , The beach , Surfing , Eating , Sake/Vodka/Rum/Whisky , Pineapple , PANDAS , Animals but beyond all those things he loves family and friends above all.
Dislikes: Injustice , Bullies , Killing and Suffering.
Relationships: Tokuzen has a great deal of loved ones , he loves and cherishes the entire Konoha but does have a firm core of people who support him and are the fuel that made him the shinobi he is today.
Strengths: Tokuzen is a master of anything in close range combat , whether it be with a weapon or his fist. Tokuzen has tremendous speed and strength of a Taijutsu master , yet his close range combat style is one of instinct relying on reflexes , speed , hand to eye coordination , and strength all of something Tokuzen excels with. instead of any fancy martial art. His Ninjustu style is big and flashy , with most of his jutsu being big hitters and consuming allot chakra what reflects his large chakra pool. From being with Clara for so long he has come to have a strong defense against genjutsu , from the teachings of his grandfather he is a master with a Katana. Tokuzen may have been a goof and cocky young man but that never meant he was not intelligent , so now wiser then he was in his teens he no longer hides his intellect even though he is still outspoken and sometimes forgets to think before speaking.
Weaknesses: Tokuzen can barely cast any high level (B and up) genjutsu meaning he rarely ever uses any what so ever for when he does he uses more chakra then is needed , Tokuzen elements are wind and lightening thus Jutsu's what are fire based he is weak against , Some may say one of Tokuzen's biggest weakness are those closest to him for he will not hesitate to put himself in harms way for them , even if it cost him his life. Despite his Sensei being a master at Fuuinjutsu , Tokuzen only knows a three , one being the Moto clans Five Elements Barrier , Fuuja Houin , and Shikoku Fuuin. Very poor at attacking long range.Fighting Style: Tokuzen is a master of close range combat , whether it be with a blade or his fist. He may not be a Taijutsu master of any martial arts but being extremely physically powerful and having fluid movements not wasting any energy at all he has relatively found his own martial arts. ~When Tokuzen was growing up he had the greatest Mother and Father and boy could wish for. Each one was a Elite Jounnin of the Konoha when the two worked as a team they were unstoppable and magical in there combination attacks the one Jutsu they did together was called the green rose no one besides Kiyoshi Moto the father of Tokuzen father knows who it works for everyone one who went against it was a target and was killed.
Tokuzen could not be prouder to be there son. At the age of 4 his mother and father were sent on a unknown ranked mission or at least that's what the reports said. Only his father would return from that mission alive the man was a mess he asked his father Kiyoshi to watch over his two sons Tokuzen and Sento. Kiyoshi could see the man asking him to take care of his children was no long his son so Kiyoshi agreed to take him the two boys. Tokuzen father was never seen again. Tokuzen was heart broken at the lose of his mother and know his own father. But Tokuzen was lucky he still had his grandfather and older brother the three healed on another wounds and before Tokuzen knew it he was moving on with his life.

~Tokuzen was alwasy the misfit of the academy never as good as a certain Uchiha , a dark haired girl or Kaiden Yorukusa those three always where the best in everything. It even made Tokuzen somewhat bitter and angry for everything always seemed to come so easy for them when Tokuzen had to struggle to achieve anything. But with hard and bone crushing training Tokuzen would Graduate on time. On the day of Graduation Tokuzen was full joy but he was alone his grandfather had importune matters to attend to as Commander of the Anbu and his older brother Sento was out on a mission. He walked down the street heading home he kicked up the dirt as he walked the he heard and voice from so long ago 'What wrong why aren't you full of joy' Tokuzens eye's widened as he turned around slowly To see his father standing behind him with large smile Tokuzen rushed in to his fathers arms shedding tears of joy as he said 'I missed you so much father' Tokuzen father felt trully bad but he had to go and find himself 'Please forgive my son' There is nothing to forgive' This was trully the best day of his life so fare.

A few days after Tokuzen's fathers return Tokuzen was put in to his Squad with two extremely skill students a dark haired girl and blond haired bot under the tutelage of Kaiyo Hatake. Tokuzen would struggle to keep up with his teammates but fate would have it he would be under The Angel of Konoha tutelage also known as Kaiyo Hatake she would not let him stop nor would she stop pushing him to become strong. He and his Squad would become Chuunin with ease from all of Kaiyo's training.
One day during a noraml C rank mission what Kaiyo could not attend so they were given a four year chunnin to lead the mission as part of her own training. This C rank mission would quickly turn into a Rank A mission for there chuunin leader would be gravely injured by a rouge ninja the three were ordered to retreat what they did but the rouge was to fast he made them run into a cave that blocked all sunlight the three ran and ran until the hit a dead end the turned slowly around to face the crazed Ninja both his teammates rushed and did some Jutsus bursting a hole in the ceiling of the roof the three then tried to use it as a escape but the Rouge was to fast easily fortting there escape and badly injuring teammates. Tokuzen seening his friends in pain and facing death himself he changed his eyes went from brown to a bright forest green with white pupils and his hands glowed with bright green charkra but that was not the amazing part. Solor energy was being adsorbed into Tokuzen he then vanished with great speed and struck the rouge down.
One the return home Tokuzen told his grandfather what had happened his grandfather could not believe what Tokuzen had described to him for three Moto's awaking the Nikkougan was unheard of. His grandfather just could not bring himself to believe that there Kekkai Genkai the Nikkougan was becoming more common within the clan.

This C rank mission would quickly turn into a Rank A mission for there chuunin leader would be gravely injured by a rouge ninja the three were ordered to retreat what they did but the rouge was to fast he made them run into a cave that blocked all sunlight the three ran and ran until the hit a dead end the turned slowly around to face the crazed Ninja both his teammates rushed and did some Jutsus bursting a hole in the ceiling of the roof the three then tried to use it as a escape but the Rouge was to fast easily fortting there escape and badly injuring teammates. Tokuzen seening his friends in pain and facing death himself he changed his eyes went from brown to a bright forest green with white pupils and his hands glowed with bright green charkra but that was not the amazing part. Solor energy was being adsorbed into Tokuzen he then vanished with great speed and struck the rouge down.
One the return home Tokuzen told his grandfather what had happened his grandfather could not believe what Tokuzen had described to him for three Moto's awaking the Nikkougan was unheard of. His grandfather just could not bring himself to believe that there Kekkai Genkai the Nikkougan was becoming more common within the clan.
The Struggle
~Tokuzen still had trouble developing and becoming stronger for both his teammates had already become Jounin. He started to become depressed and even thinking of quieting . His grandfather and brother both noticed but they did not fear for Tokuzen still had Kaiyo behind him who would never let him quit.
During a one on one training session with Kaiyo Tokuzen could barely stand they had been working on Ninijutsu Tokuzens worst area. He was so ready to quit when Kaiyo looked him in the eyes with such warmth that he had only felt from his own mother and said 'Tokuzen you simply cant quit...for you have that light in side of you that only a certain few have' Tokuzen was dumbfound for a few moments then he snapped out of it a came back 'Who...are these poeple you talk about' Kaiyo smiled as she put her hand on Tokuzen's shoulder 'The Hokages are those certain poeple...You are one of them in your heart even if you know it or not' Tokuzen was so shocked but at the same time he could feel the fire of the Konoha burring within himself he had final spread his wings . Soon after that day Tokuzen would be promoted to Jounnin.
The Trio
~A few years after being promoted Tokuzen was chosen to be Jounin Sensei to three Boy Gennin he laughed when he first meant them they seemed so full potential and Sprite these were some of the top students for there generation.
Luck would have it there squad would be put together right around the time of new Organization of unknown power. All the konoha had was a name Tasogare and location of a massive base nearly the size of village. Team Tokuzen would be sent to gather information on this possible new threat. On arrival Tokuzen would be shocked to see a ghost village with no one in site. Tokuzen would have his students go and gather information from the outside while Tokuzen went to the heart of the ghost village. It seemed this mission would be a breezy but Tokuzen never suspected he would run into the founder and creator of the village Keisu Myakkan. Tokuzen would enter into battle with Keisu for the two reasons on to gather information second to Keep him occupied so he would no notice Tokuzen students. Soon in to the battle things started to get grim for Tokuzen Keisu had summoned creators known as experiments each had its own set of powers all element based Tokuzen manged to take down a few but still three was three left and Keisu there seemed to be no light and the end of the tonal for Tokuzen. Lucky sense he failed to report in reinforcements were sent to of the konohas most skilled The Konohos Green Shield Sento Moto also Tokuzens older brother and The Yellow Hurricane Yamato Uzumaki. With these two Tokuzen was saved along with his students while Keisu was forced to sink his ghost village into the ground with strange jutsu.
The Green Dragons final Roar
~Keisu and his Tasogare would seek revenge on the Konoha for the destruction of the Tasogare village. Would attack the Konoha with a strange red mist knocking out everyone in the village besides and few Ninja one of which was The Commander of the Anbu mostly known as the Konoha's Green dragon Kiyoshi Moto the grandfather of Tokuzen and Sento Moto. He would enter into a fight with Keisu Myakkan but in the end he fell to Keisu's might and brutality but before he took his last breath he swear that His grandsons would make sure of Keisu's death.
Tokuzen would soon find Keisu about to kill his one of his students Tokuzen still had no idea that Keisu had just killed his grandfather. Tokuzen would enter into a fight with Keisu once again during this battle Tokuzen and Keisu would great and power jutsu's draining them of there own chakra until nearly out This fight would come down to the wire both Shinobi nearly out of chakra Tokuzen would jump into the air swing his sword down with great power at Keisu's scull but it lacked in speed thus Keisu dodged it and back flipping onto a roof top glaring down at with a burning sense of hatred lifting from his eyes and then vanish. Most would say Keisu sparred the Konoha that day but some would say if Kiyoshi Moto and Tokuzen Moto did not fight Keisu that day the village would have be destroyed.
The Meetings of Fate
~ After the Attack on the village Tokuzen was put into the hospital and few weeks in A girl with the eye's that matched in color to the green leaves shining in the sunlight and hair that matched the color of a tropic ocean. She was trully beautiful he name was Tsuri Hanaka they would really hit thing off and there was most defiantly a spark. Soon after she left Tokuzen made his way to the roof of the hospital where he meat a strange guy from the Kirigakure named Rasetsu Kuroidon. The two would somehow become friends in the short time both vowing to become the Kage of there Village Tokuzen as Hokage and Rasetsu as Mizukage it had appeared Tokuzen had made rival/fraind.
Later that week Tokuzen along with Tsuri and the Snow Sannin Jesse would be sent to Kill Keisu during that battle a Yuki shinobi would Kill Keisu. At least that's what they believed at the time. Tokuzen would then head to the mist village on another mission.
The lose and sacrifice of true fraind
~Time passed and the world still feared the legend of Keisu Myakkan even though he was believed dead. The Konoha came under attack once again by what was left of the Tasogare but during the battle some one believed to be dead appeared Keisu Myakkan but this time he was different he was the Mizukage. The Hokage had some of her best engage Keisu to try apprehending him or even kill. But durring the fight with Keisu the Tasogare under the command of new leader was getting a mess destruction jutsu ready. Some tried to stop it but were to late Fire twisters erupted from the ground and shot up into the village setting it one fire the village was going to be destroyed.
All this was happening while Tokuzen was returning form his mission to the Kirigakure he could see the smoke from a mile away he moved quicker and quicker he final reached the village he was struck in the heart with shock at the site of his home in flames his village in flames. He gathered as much chakra as he could his body covered with bright and magnificent green aura he looked to the sky as he said ' Sorry Tsuri that i wont be able to find out if your the one i was meat to spend my life with... Sorry brother i was not able to free form the cruse that Keisu put you under and Sorry Kaiyo sensai i was not able to serve you longer and my dear studants O wish I could have been there for you three longer and ....Rasetsu I guess will never fight as Hokage and Mizukage' Tokuzen smiled and at that moment a Blinding green light flowed through the entire village blinding every ones sight the Brilliant green light putting out the fires and cleared the blood mist The green light flowed right through every one the Hokage ,Shoda a former Teammates to Kaiyo , a Powerful Jounnin ,Yamato ,and even Tsuri after the light dissipated Tokuzen fell to his knees then to his belly so he was laying on the ground his body was cold and pale he lied there in the darkness of the trees with the moon shining on him.
Tokuzen then found him self standing in forest of brilliant beauty the shun shinning down on Tokuzens face he walked through the forest until he found to poeple he loved deeply His mother and grandfather but before he could reach them he was pulled back and out of the forest.
Tokuzen was back in the world of the leaving the sandy blong haired boy , his teammate had given his own life energy for the life of Tokuzen. Tokuzen looked down at his dear freind who grow old laying on his back. Tears ran down Tokuzens cheeks 'Why do you always have to be the hero?' Tokzuen said with sadness Kaiyo then appeared next to Tokuzen she looked at her former students she knew what had been done she stood up pulling Tokuzen with her she took her final glance at her dying student knowing what he was going to do to him self to spare himself the pain of withering away to dust. Kaiyo and Tokuzen then vanished in swirl of leaves.
His friend would then age to such a point he started to turn to dust and blow away in the night wind.
The Mission.
~Tokuzen and Kaiyo stood at the entrance of a large cave. The moon shined down on both each still torn at the lose of a friend and student but as Hokage Kaiyo had to keep herself together she had been getting reports of major problems in the Iwagakure and rumors of the return of Kane and dark and evil man who has raised to the rank of Tsuchikage once again. She asked Tokuzen to investigate Kane but the catch was Tokuzen would be pronounced dead so he could keep his mission secrete and act without restraint. He would agree to the mission for he could tell just how dangerous Kane was.
A few weeks later Tokuzen appeared in the Iwagakure wearing a white cloak with a golden leaf embroiled on the right shoulder that reached across his chest with mask like Kakashi wore just white. He ran quickly through the village it seemed that Kane had left to invade a village. Tokuzen ran through a large building when he came to room he entered to find a girl with emerald color hair and midnight purple eye's She ran to the other side of the room in fear she looked like she had been beaten. Tokuzen removed his mask showing his face completely he looked at the girl with warmth in his eye's as he said 'Its alright I am Tokzuen moto and I am hear to save you and bring you back to you father Stone Sagara' The girl started to cry and ran to Tokuzen hugging him tightly as she said ' I..I th...thought I would never be saved' Tokuzen held the girl close trying to make her feel safe 'Well you are safe now' Tokuzen then took her hand and the two left the village heading for safe haven. The two soon reached the Kumogakure wear they were greeted by the Raikage with open arms. Before Tokuzen left he got the girls name 'I never told you my name...Its Ayumi Sagara I hope one day we can meet again. Tokuzen smiled 'I sure we will Ayumi' Tokuzen then left Ayumi in the care of the Raikage and her mother who he save earlier.
Tokuzen then headed to the Yukigakure were Kane was fighting the Yuki Trio Tokuzen would arrive and work with Trio in the battle with Kane. In the end it took 6 highly skilled Ninja to take Kane down.
Tokuzen would be reunited with Tsuri and his students they would all head back to the Konoha together.
Betrayal and Lose
~Tokuzen and Tsuri would be attacked by a powerful stranger he would strike down Tokuzen and kidnap Tsuri. It would later result in act of war between the new Akatsuki and the Tasogare for Tsuri was somehow related to a member of the Akatsuki Sidian Shamal who was angered by that Tasogare's act but the one even more enraged was Tokuzen to such a point he would leave the Konoha and join the ranks of the Akasuki in the effort to get Tsuri back but it was also so he could keep an eye on them.
Soon in a great battle with the INS and the Villages on one side then the Akasuki on another and the Tasogare on another. Tokuzen finally was reunited with Tsuri in the end of the battle both the Akatsuki and the Tasogare would lose there leaders and key members. Tokuzen and Tsuri would return to the Konoha together.
Time of love and New Beginnings
~Time would pass Tokuzen's three students would all be promoted to chunnin after taking part in the chunnin exams. But during the exams the Konoha would come under attack from the monster know as Kimen Kurojin he destroyed the Konoha after even killing his former master The Yellow Hurricane Yamato Uzumaki. Tokuzen would arrive to late and only why he could help was to destroy a giant serpent that was bumbling many ninja.
Even after the lose of the village very few lives had been lost and ever sense the Hokage know as Naruto Uzumaki there had been secret project to build and entirely new village just in case of such attack the old Konoha would be destroyed thus the poeple of the Konoha would still have a place to live. Luckily it was finished under Juudaime Hokage Kaiyo Hatake. So the poeple of the Konoha still had a place to live and carry out missions. Some found it hard to get use to the new village but Tokuzen knew that as long as the will of fire still burns in the hearts of the poeple of the konoha it mattered not were they lived.
Tokuzen really could not be happier he had beautiful and brilliant girlfriend who he was madly in love with so he planned to asker her to marry him what he did. In the most beautiful place he could find. It was around midnight and the moon was full and glowing brightly. Tokuzen and Tsuri stood at the the center of pole of water where large waterfall followed into the moon could be seen clearly in the water wear Tokuzen and Tsuri stood and then group of glowing blue birds flew around the two it was beautiful site and amazing. Tokuzen asked if Tsuri would marry him and she said yes. They got married that very week.
The Flower of the Moto Clan
~On beautiful clear sunny day , members and friends gathered at the Moto Estate to welcome into the world the newest member of the Moto clan , the daughter of Tsuri and Tokuzen. They would name her Kohana Moto ,The Flower of the Moto Clan.
Death Upon Death
~The world was changing , Kaiyo had stepped down as Hokage choosing a new and powerful shinobi to take her place , a cosmic sage. Kimen was killed by his Sensei Yamato who rose from the dead. Yet equal evils were on the move all across the shinobi world , villages where coming under attack from a man with blue hair , know as the blue devil while at the same time if the village was not attacked Villager leaders were by another man wearing a mask.
The world was slowly being thrown into chao , chaos that Tokuzen could not escape. He had now made a name for himself , known as the Konoha's Green Guardian. Tokuzen was currently placed in charge of task force meant to combat a criminal organization so he had little time for his new born baby girl Konoha and wife Tsuri.
One on of his missions , horror would strike Tokuzen very heart. For not only would his beloved wife be assassinated but the blue devil would whip out his entire clan besides three members , and even kill Tokuzens former Sensei and Former Hokage Kaiyo Hatake.
It devastated Tokuzen to point he simply shut suppressed all those feelings. For there was little time to rest , for the new Hokage had vanished and the chaos was breaking across the shinobi world. Now more then ever , the elders , shinobi and people called for a new Hokage , the person they chose was Tokuzen.
Barely a day after his inauguration ceremony , the Konoha came under a brutal attack by the Blue Devil and his army. The battle quickly turned against the Konoha for somehow the enemy knew the locations of the shelters.
Tokuzen had to think quickly and so he did , he chose to make the blue devil a deal. He would give himself up if the blue devil called back his men. The Blue devil accepted the deal.
He took Tokuzen to a dimensional hideout where the Hokage was was beaten but strange enough he was allowed to wonder , seeing as in this place Ninjutsu did not work.
Meanwhile the Blue devil and his men waged war against the great villages , and before soon each village found it self under attack from a black army each lead by one of the blue devils men. The Blue Devil focusing his army on Konoha , the battle was raging outside the gates of of the Konoha while some forces fought inside the village.
Yet soon enough a great explosion crashed through the black army destroying half of them. This great force had come from Tokuzen , he had found a living weapon within the dimensional world , its name was Solar Fang and great sword with the power to absorb solar energy and release it a power wave of energy.
Tokuzen had returned with a bang , he fought harshly with the blue devil yet he alone was not enough , it took a team of power shinobi to finally kill the blue devil.
A failed Dream yet Peace
~ The villages were rebuilding , leadership had changed in some. Trust and faith was narrow. Tokuzen having some time to rest soon found himself wanting to accomplish a dream of drawing alliances between not only all the great villages as Kaiyo did but between all the minor ones. Yet this was only one part of his dream. His last part was to rebuild the old Konoha in to a city where the buildings architecture's are from all over. From Suna to Kumo. The people walking the streets just as diverse as its buildings. Shinobi , citizens from all the villages come here to work and live finding a true understanding of one another. They would raise children here that would go back to there native villages once grown sharing in there understanding of the people from other lands and villages , hopefully leading to peace. Yet before he could start his campaign he fell ill , poisoned. Yet he managed to survive , being bedridden for nearly a month.
After he recuperated fully but the elders , feudal lord and even some jounnin were strongly against the Hokage leaving the village , for it was clear somehow had managed to poison him already and it it wasn't for the expert medical shinobi of the Konoha they would have killed him. Sometimes Tokuzen believes someone was trying to stop him from making alliances with the other villages and create his dream of untied village but he has never told anyone this.

~ Tokuzen acquired his Sakabato when he was chunnin from his grandfather who wished for Tokuzen always to have choice about taking anthers life. Tokuzen usually leaves this home saving it only for certain missions.
Arm blades - Each one is about 15 inches long with a thick and strong blade making the blades themselves are 5 inches wide until the top were the blade grows a tooth and curves up. He does not carry them in a normal fashion for after learning to seal them away from his sensei Kaiyo Hatake like she does with The Hatake family Tanto within a small scroll the size of Kunai allowing for easy travel.

~The power of this blade might make people believe it was fate that it fall into the hands of a Moto. For it's power is to collet solar energy and expel it out in powerful burst of energy that is so hot it can cut through nearly anything (Matching the cutting power of chidori) and kill a 100 normal men in a single strike. (S-class Jutsu level)
The drawbacks of this weapon is that it is massive and can not match high speeds of most S-class and high speed Jounin. Even though in the hands of Tokuzen it's still impressive how fast he can move it. The fact that the energy is so hot it limits the times the energy can be released for the user can't take the heat after more then 3 shoots , and on the third shoot the users body will start to feel burned and lose it's fluids. Yet even before that the body is losing fluids and physical energy. Also when at night or on days that the sun is completely blocked out so one cant even get the UV rays the sword can not collet energy but if stored up from another day it can use that limited about of energy.
This blade is a living weapon and can be said that it is the most temperamental and heated of the Seven tears of Heaven Blades.Much like Tokuzen in his younger years. For until now it has let no one even touch it without attacking them of it's own accord , it also won't even allow for Tokuzen to use it's energy powers if it feels Tokuzen is acting a fool or it simple thinks differently then Tokuzen.[/spoiler]
