Paul can regenerate any wounds with fire, much like how a phoenix is said to rise from its own ashes.

Techniques:
Phoenix Kick - Paul signature move, He transforms himself
into his phoenix hybrid mode. Where he was Blue flames
wings as his arms. Paul begins to run to build up speed and moment with his feet he then jumps into the air to transformer into his hybrid mode, Using his wings he can get enough air or more force he then delivers the kick by Extending his right foot out. Causing massive damage. The attack could even sent the most strongest opponents back a few feet if they are not careful.
Strengths: Superhuman strength, Ultimate Defense
flames can withstand pretty much anything. Healing ability
Weaknesses: flames are not hot and they do not burn or spread like normal fire, standard Devil Fruit weaknesses.
Speed is average.
Fighting Style: Paul has two fighting style, he switches
between using his katana and using his devil fruit. When using
his devil fruit his attacks are primarily based on strong leg attacks. He usually switches back to his human form to deliver his kicks, but can also enhance them with the cutting power granted by his hybrid form's talons.

Paul was born in a Poor village in east blue. His mother was a house wife and his father Was a Brooke down Swordsman. Paul has always had a dream to one day set sail across the sea.
Paul Grew up as a normal kid. His dad show him the way of the sword
since he was very young. One of the main Reasons Paul Carry's his dad Katana every where he goes. As Paul got older he became Obsessed with becoming a pirate he enjoy reading the news paper about story's how pirates were every where and causing havoc. Paul made it his Goal
that once he was old enough he would join a pirate crew.
Once the years passed by and Paul became a Young adult he decide to
kiss his mother and father Good bye as he left in search to find a Pirate crew to join. On his year of traveling Paul made it to a strange Island where he found a treasure that inside of it was hidden a Devil fruit.
Not knowing what the fruit was, Paul Like any normal person ate the fruit and Gain the Abilities of a Phoenix. Once Paul recognize the great blessing that was place upon him he became cocky as hell and began to fight and challenge everyone who stood in his way.
Of course there were certain battles that Paul Lost but Most of them were victories. Earning him a Bounty of 2,000,000.
