It also allows the user to partially see chakra and hidden barriers. Stage 2: The user's eyes further brighten and become more fair. This stage grants a far greater degree of control over wind-and-water chakra nature, enabling it to be mixed. Moreover, the user's chakra control and potency is further increase, further magnifying the user's techniques and overall control. Lastly, it also enhances the user's range of sight and enhances their clarity of perception, making illusions far easier to discern/forms of chakra.

This stage grants far greater control over both wind-and-water chakra natures, enabling the usage of Hyōton. This grants the user the ability to control every droplet of water in the atmosphere at will, and control wind more efficiently.
Furthermore, the user can take Hyōton beyond what's normally capable of ordinary ninja. In this stage, the user can convert their physiology into water. This grants the user the ability to regenerate limbs or their body, depending on the situation. However, it can become extremely draining if it's overused.
Lastly, the user's chakra control and potency increases exponentially, greatly enhancing the user's techniques and overall control. Additionally, the user can see chakra and barriers with extremely, and also discern illusions and see farther.
Personality: Being a father, Takahiro tries his best to be kind, loving, and patient with his children. He tries to keep a calm and level-headed demeanor under most circumstances, believing that you can worsen a situation if you don't keep your cool; and thus, rush decisions. And that isn't befitting of a leader, so he tries his best to be as patient as possible, especially with his child.
Concerning leadership, however, he tries to transfer those learned qualities over into his office, making sure to keep his mind clear and his temper suppressed, so he can make the best decisions for his village and protect his people. He carries an air of charisma and is a very determined individual, aiming to create the strongest and most efficient village possible. He's also mature and very perceptive.

Moreover, those who specialize in Doton have proven to be challenging, including those who specialize in Katon for his wind techniques, and lighting can prove tricky because of water being a natural conductor of electricity. Lastly, his daughter and his family in general are a big weakness.

jutsu & techniques
- - - - - - - - - - -
Weapons:
Elemental Affinities: Suiton, Fūton, and Hyōton.
Ice Release
Hyōrō no Jutsu (氷牢の術)
Rank: -/-
Description: This technique allows the user to infuse their chakra with ice underground and bring it to the surface. The user can then trap their opponent within the ice by controlling its movements and completely surrounding them in the ice. It is strong enough to withstand basic Fire Release techniques, because the ice has already been infused with the user's chakra. This allows to double as a defensive technique, by the user encasing themselves in the ice.
Hyōton: Tsubame Fubuki (氷遁・ツバメ吹雪)
Rank: -/-
Description: This technique creates a cluster of ice needles in the shape of miniature swallows out of preexisting ice, which the user then throws at the opponent. These needles can change direction in midair and will maim the opponent with their sharp wings. This technique can be eliminated by Fire Release techniques.
Hyōton: Haryū Mōko (氷遁・破龍猛虎)
Rank: -/-
Description: This technique allows the user to manipulate preexisting ice and form it into a giant tiger, thus requiring a nearby source of ice in order to use this technique. It is cold enough to freeze any Water Release techniques it comes into contact with.
Hyōton: Ikkaku Hakugei (氷遁・一角白鯨)
Rank: -/-
Description: This technique allows the user to create a humongous whale with a long narwhal horn out of preexisting ice to attack their opponent. The user needs a source of ice in order to use this technique. This technique is used more as a distraction technique, or to block an opponent's movements, because of its size.
Hissatsu Hyōsō (必殺氷槍)
Rank: -/-
Description: The user unleashes giant spikes made of ice if they are endangered.
Ice Release: Ice Dome Technique
Rank: -/-
Description: The user quickly creates an ice dome around their allies and themselves to act as a defense. It is strong enough to withstand the assault of many explosive tags at once, remaining almost undamaged.
Ice Release: Ice Confinement Technique
Rank: C
Description: Similar to the Water Prison Technique, the user traps the opponent in an inescapable sphere of ice. The downsides to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm in the sphere at all times, and there's also a weak spot within the sphere of ice, that if it's found, it can be broken.
If captured, the opponent will slowly begin to experience the lost of mobility of their limbs and after an extended period of time, rendered incapable of movement completely, if not dead from hypothermia.
Ice Release: Ice Darts Technique
Rank: C
Description: The user shoots numerous darts of ice from their mouth at high speeds which can shatter rock.
Ice Release: Snow Tiger at Will Technique
Rank: -/-
Description: Similar to Pain's sensory rain, the user manipulates the snow by infusing it with one's chakra. The snow falls from the clouds, formed with the user's own chakra. During this technique, the falling snow flakes are closely linked to the user's senses. When the snow flakes are obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone not of the village, the existence of the intruder can be detected. The snow flakes will keep on falling until the user uses a seal to cancel it.
Ice Release: Ice Bomb Technique
Rank: B
Description: The user quickly creates a multitude of bird-shaped ice figurines. The bird-shaped ice figurines will hover overhead, until given order. Once it's given, the birds will shoot down with tremendous force, bombarding the opponent in an onslaught of attacks. If hit, a massive explosion of ice will occur, encasing anyone unlucky to get caught in the cross-fire.
Ice Release: Flower Annihilation Technique
Rank: B
Description: The user solidifies the water within the atmosphere, creating dozens of flower-shaped ice figurines. The flower-shaped figurines will hover above the caster and target, until given command. Once given, dozens of flower-shaped ice figurines will begin showering down on the opponent, lacerating them with multiple deep gashes.
Ice Release: Twisting Serpent Technique
Rank: A
Description: By gathering moisture within the air and solidifying it, the user can create two enormous dragons that twist around one another, before striking the opponent with a tremendous amount of force, enough to shatter stone.
It's rumored that, they are so cold that the ground underneath freezes from their mere presence.
Ice Release: Frozen Anatomy Technique
Rank: S
Description: One of Takahiro's strongest techniques, those caught in the technique will gradually have all of the water within their body frozen, which will inevitably kill them or render them incapable of movement, being frozen stiff.
Water Release
Suiton: Suijinheki (水遁・水陣壁)
Rank: B
Description: This defensive technique creates a wall of water around the user. Enemy attacks are completely intercepted by a fence of water blown out from the mouth, and is raised from below with tremendous might. The water is blown out in the form of a circle around the user, and it makes for a defence without openings. It is also possible for the user to control the amount of water and duration at will. The wall's strength and resistance change following the quantity of chakra poured down into the water, so a skilful shinobi will be able to build a sturdy one.
Suiton: Suikōdan no Jutsu (水遁・水鮫弾の術)
Rank: B
Description: The user shapes water into the form of a large shark and thrusting their hand forward, sends it hurtling towards the opponent at high-speeds, resulting in a powerful impact. The user can also ride inside the water shark to dramatically increase their swimming speed.
Suiton: Bakusui Shōha (水遁・爆水衝波)
Rank: B
Description: The user spits out a great volume of water from their mouth, swallowing up and crushing the enemy with the advancing surge. The user can ride the wave, allowing them to move at high speed, and attack the enemy, now swept off their feet, without fear of counter-attacks. The amount of water created is proportional to the amount of chakra used.
Suiton: Goshokuzame (水遁・五食鮫)
Rank: B
Description: The user puts his hand on the surface of a body of water and from the tips of five fingers, chakra is released into the water, changing it into the form of five ferocious sharks. The sharks circle the target with high speed, creating a raging stream that takes away their prey's freedom of movement and their sharp teeth tear into the enemy with each consecutive attack. In the anime, these sharks can regenerate from surrounding water, making them difficult to destroy.
Suiton: Suiryūdan no Jutsu (水遁・水龍弾の術)
Rank: B
Description: This technique shapes a large amount of water into a giant, powerful dragon, which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage. The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the user's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. The amount of water used will be in proportion with the user's skill.
Suiton: Mizurappa (水遁・水喇叭)
Rank: -/-
Description: The user launches a large jet of water from their mouth through their hand. This gives the appearance of playing a trumpet, hence the name.
Wind Release
Fūton: Shinkū Taigyoku (風遁・真空大玉)
Rank: -/-
Description: A stronger version of the Wind Release: Vacuum Sphere technique, where the user instead chooses to compress the entirety of the previously inhaled breath into a single large, crushing sphere of wind chakra that they then proceed to expel from their mouth.
Fūton: Shinkū Renpa (風遁・真空連波)
Rank: -/-
Description: The user takes a deep breath and exhales several blades of wind at different angles, by rapidly moving their head in various directions. The power of this technique can be dramatically enhanced when utilised in conjunction with the effects of extreme suction, such as that generated by the Baku, where the augmented attack proved effective enough to even slice through the defences of a complete Susanoo.
Fūton: Kazekiri no Jutsu (風遁・風切りの術)
Rank: -/-
Description: This technique creates a blade of wind which will cut through the enemy with ease. Unlike most other wind techniques it does not seem to require blowing out the wind.
Fūton: Senpūken (風遁・旋風拳)
Rank: -/-
Description: The user delivers a punch that releases a giant, adaptable whirlwind.
Sensor
Chakra Sensing Technique
Rank: -/-
Description: This technique is used by sensors to detect someone's chakra. Using this technique, sensors can tell when enemies are approaching, and can easily track down targets. The range of this technique varies between sensors.
Chakra Suppression Technique
Rank: -/-
Description: This ability allows the user to suppress their chakra to the point that it is completely undetectable. This makes it impossible for sensor-type shinobi to track them via chakra.
The downside of this ability is that since the user suppresses their chakra they are unable to use any of their ninja skills.
Snakes
Takahiro uses this technique to summon variously sized serpents. These serpents are insanely fast, extremely strong, possess immense crushing power, and possess an extremely lethal venom which can cause a variety of effects, depending on which type of venom is administered beforehand by Takahiro.
Sub-Techniques
Sen'eijashu (潜影蛇手)
Rank: N/A
Description: This technique allows the user to eject snakes from their wrist or sleeve, usually after a punching motion. The snakes are used primarily to attack from a distance and, being snakes, can inflict multiple poisonous wounds on the victim's body or hold them in place.
Sen'ei Tajashu (潜影多蛇手)
Rank: N/A
Description: By increasing the amount of snakes summoned with the Hidden Shadow Snake Hands, the diversity of this ninjutsu is increased. The swarm of big snakes appear in an instant, each snake individually doing something like intimidating, diverting, or capturing the enemy in a cooperative attack. Without giving them the time to react, the enemy is entangled.
Hiding in a Snake Technique
Rank: C
Description: The user summons a special snake, and hides within its stomach. The snake is able to dive up to a hundred meters in fresh water, making it especially useful for infiltrating enemy camps that are surrounded by a river or a lake. The stomach of the snake also has a special barrier that obstructs chakra, protecting the user from detection-type ninjutsu.
Jagei Jubaku (蛇睨呪縛)
Rank: N/A
Description: The user summons one or two big snakes which crawl out from one's sleeves, and coil around the enemy capturing them. This is a great technique for capturing someone alive, or for inflicting damage by constriction, and if the situation calls for it, the snakes can bite the victim with their poison fangs. With the summons specified beforehand, the procedure can be shortened by using blood on a summoning "contract seal" (結印, ketsuin), making it possible to use the technique immediately. The further addition of the user's killing intent can weaken their target's resolve.
Hebi Bunshin no Jutsu (蛇分身の術)
Rank: B
Description: After forming the needed hand seals, the user will extend their limb to a desired location, causing a swarm of snakes to shoot out from the user's clothing to collect on the ground, eventually turning into an exact replica of the user. This clone can deal damage and use techniques up to B-Rank. If damaged, the clone will disperse back into the snakes it was made up of. However, if left unattended, these snakes can reform back into the clone, or break apart into a large swarm of snakes to attack the target until their withdrawn forcefully or destroyed.
Summons
Kiyohime
Rank: S
Description: Takahiro's strongest and most powerful summon, Kiyohime, is a massive sized snake possessing immense strength and agility. It possesses an extremely lethal paralyzing venom, which can lead to death if left untreated. It's also slightly larger than boss summons of equal size, and it also has an extremely tough skin, which is highly resistant against fire techniques. Kiyohime can aid in Suiton techniques and can swim underwater/bore underground. Kiyohime is colored white with silver streaks running down her scaly body, tapering off at the tail.
the description
- - - - - - - - - - -
Takahiro was born in the Ebisawa clan of Shimogakure no Sato. He grew up as the only child of his parents. As a child, Takahiro was a decent kid, showing aptitude in the ninja arts from a very early age. He entered the academy at the age of eight. During that year, he acquired top scores, which impressed his teachers, and placed him at the top of his class by the time he graduated the following year after.
The next year proved to be hard. On one of his many missions with his Genin team, his group was ambushed by a squadron of Iwa-nin that attempted to sabotage their mission, which almost resulted in the death of his entire team if it wasn't for his miraculous manifestation of the Enkaigan. This caused spears of ice to spring up in his defense, instantly destroying the remainder of the Iwa-nin group.
Everyone was surprised, including his clan members when they heard the news, because their dōjutsu kekkei genkai rarely manifested within their clan. His uncle, who lead the village, during that time period took notice and decided to take his nephew under his wing, and hone his skills. Since he was the only one to have unlocked it during his generation, he was surprised as everyone and considered Takahiro to be special.
Together, the two trained day-and-night, progressing slowly in mastering his dōjutsu and in his abilities as well. After three years of extensive training, his uncle believed that Takahiro was ready, so his sensei signed up his team for the Chūnin Exams. Upon entrance, Takahiro and his squad displayed exceptional skill and plowed through the competition, until they reached the final stage. When he reached, he was placed against a tremendously tough opponent, that tested his skills, forcing him into the second stage of his kekkei genkai.
The battle proved unrelenting, but after an hour, the winner was clear. Takahiro had lost, but he had proven his worth. He was promoted to Chūnin alongside his teammates. Now with their newly earned rank, they were finally allowed to go on harder missions and Takahiro continued to train with his uncle to further his strength by growing his abilities, and to master his kekkei genkai.
After a few more years had passed, Takahiro had finally completed his training and displayed mastery over his ocular powers, along with matured leadership skills, which his uncle had been teaching him throughout the course of their training, seeing him as his successor. He was thereby promoted to Jōnin.
As a Jōnin, Takahiro went various missions, completing C, B, A, and S-Rank missions occasionally. At that time, his uncle had been diagnosed with an incurable sickness and only had a short time to live. Thus, his uncle decided to pass on leadership to his nephew, believing that he was ready and had learned everything he needed to know for the task; however, Takahiro didn't feel the same way, but he accepted the position nonetheless as he believed, as well as his family, that he would grow into the position with time.
At the age of 20, recently promoted as the new Ryoushuu, the job proved strenuous, but he managed to pull through. At that age, he met a tremendously stunning young woman named, Ogawa Usagi. Usagi was from a small family and was Jōnin, who had beauty unlike any other, to him. The two were partnered on missions before and had a long history with one another. Throughout those times, she would constantly teased him and proved hard to get.
But with a little persistence and coaxing, the two finally began dating one another. Eventually, they married one another and planned to have children. But that event, proved to be disastrous and would continuously plague Takahiro's mind like a disease. The morning after she complained her water broke, Usagi was immediately rushed to the hospital, where the nurses began preparing for a delivery.
Takahiro, on the other hand, patiently waited outside while the hours passed him by. A few hours later, the sound of crying could the be heard. The babies had successfully been delivered, causing Takahiro to rush into the emergency room to see his newborn son. But at a cost. To his discovery, they had both received twins, but the birth proved to be very costly to Usagi and she died shortly after giving birth, to his dismay; however, not before naming their children, Yukiko and Takeda.
Takahiro was greatly saddened by this cruel twist of fate, which evidently gave him the drive to succeed and cast all his fears aside he previously had, due to the loving wishes and encouragement from his wife, making him embrace the role his uncle prepped him for during those tough years of training. He kissed her one last goodbye and proceeded home with his children, though saddened.
He continued to press on after that tragic event, although it continued to remain fresh within his memory. Sadly, however, life didn't get any easier. He lost one more thing close to him. A year after the death of his wife, Takahiro began receiving reports from council members and others that they had been reports of a mysterious person kidnapping children for unknown reasons, and that it would wise to keep a look out for this person, seeing that he possessed children of his own.
Takahiro enhanced security around his children, being infants. Yet, despite the security, it was for naught. The stranger had somehow pass by the security. killing them, before stumbling upon his children. When Takahiro had gotten there, he had noticed the children were still there, which was weird. For a kidnapper why would he forget to take the children, when he had the perfect opportunity to? What Takahiro hadn't known, though, was that one of his children had been taken; Takeda, he was just switched with a clone.
Previously, unknowingly, Takeda had been snatched before and was cloned. What the kidnapper had done was replace the real boy with that of the clone for his own devious purposes, which would come to surface later during the year. That entire close call event, to Takahiro, forced him to heighten security and initiate a man wide hunt for this criminal, who daringly showed up a week after the believed failed kidnapping attempt.
The two faced off with one another, the battle proving to be fierce. Throughout the entire battle, the stranger proved to take him lightheartedly despite his impressive feats of power, which enraged Takahiro to an extent. The battle continued this way, until the kidnapper apparently disappeared. Takahiro was left lonesome, but he quickly launched a full search of the village, despite the apparent disappearance of the intruder.
This led him to discovery of the man in his quarters, with Takeda - the clone - in hand. Takahiro rushed towards the child, believing it to be his. However, before he could get to it, Takeda's throat was slit and left for dead. This left Takahiro distraught and distressed as a father. First, his wife, and now, his son. Why is life so cruel?
Takahiro bent down crying for hours over what he believed to be his son. It left him weak and brittle, a man without a soul. If it wasn't for his loving family, he probably would have never came out of the darkness, but it was because of them, that he healed, even though it still hurts today. Right now, Takahiro has healed up mostly and has learned and matured throughout the years, despite his apparent tragedies. He hopes to grow a strong and prominent village, by nurturing it and improving it, in hopes of it becoming as strong as the five Great Nations.

Weapons:
- Chokutō
A fairly standard looking chokutō; it has a white scabbard and matching handle, with a blue line running down vertically, and is larger than a normal chokutō. The blade is crafted with hardened ice that's imbued with his ancestors life forces, thereby making it unbreakable. It is incredibly sharp, allowing it to cut through most substances.
The blade also increases the person's chakra potency exponentially and their chakra control. Moreover, it can also be used to launch it's own ice attacks in combination with its wielder, and the life force surging through the blade makes it feel 'alive' at times, which sends a cold sensation through the wielder whenever wielded. Lastly, wherever it cuts tends to freeze, shrouding the wound in a block of ice.
- Ice Bombs
These bombs are blue crystal-orbs which, when detonated, will release a torrent of ice spikes. The ice rises with enough force to lift a large amount of earth off the ground.
Elemental Affinities: Suiton, Fūton, and Hyōton.

Chakra Suppression Technique
Rank: -/-
Description: This ability allows the user to suppress their chakra to the point that it is completely undetectable. This makes it impossible for sensor-type shinobi to track them via chakra.
