Many spiked thorns will rise above with an extremely wide area of effect range of 20m at best, and will attempt to impale and entangle the target 360 degrees and within constant directions. The coldness emitting from this jutsu, with its already field changing abilities, are able to drastically drop the temperature in the area.
This technique is best used in a cold environment, and she can't actually use it in hot or humid weather. It is possible, but not nearly effective due to the large scale and chakra it requires to use.

In an instant, multiple mirrors of ice are created around the enemy, reflecting nothing but Chizuru. The opponent is trapped in a dome of twenty-one floating mirrors made out of ice. Twelve remain at ground level, eight float above the first twelve and angled toward the ground, and the final mirror is above the rest and facing the ground. Once Chizuru has entered the mirrors, it's possible for her to move between the mirrors at near instantaneous speed. As every mirror shows his reflection, one could say it's impossible to see all of Chizuru's attacks. Even if the opponent tries to attack the real body, Chizuru will have already moved to another mirror. Without eyes like the Sharingan, it will be impossible to keep track of her.
If the mirror Chizuru is in is broken, he can leap out of one of the fragments and continue his attack or move to another mirror. The technique requires a large amount of chakra to maintain, so Chizuru's movement becomes progressively slower the longer he maintains the mirrors.

She was taken in by a small clan in Shimogakure, where she was raised and trained to be a kunoichi. In the carrier was a scroll with her, which explained the child's origins and her name. A member of the Shirayuki clan, Chizuru Shirayuki.
Due to her upstanding parents with good morals and beliefs, she grew up carrying on their will and companionship, though she always grew up socially awkward due to her fear of failure and sounding stupid, she worked all the time and never made many friends.
